Score privacy

Your score belongs to you. Your diagnostic result — your score, your archetype, your skills map — is yours. It is neither an appraisal by your management nor a monitoring tool. This is not your annual review.

What we do

No email wall. Your result shows on screen without an account. Your address is only asked if you want to save your diagnostic or unlock the detailed report.
No resale. Your answers are never sold or handed to a commercial third party.
Minimisation. We collect only what the diagnostic — and, where relevant, payment — requires.

In the team or institution version (forthcoming)

When leadership or an HR department funds diagnostics for its teams:

Leadership never receives an individual score. It only ever sees anonymised aggregates: averages per domain, distribution of archetypes, collective level.
This is structural, not optional. It is precisely this guarantee that lets each person answer honestly — which is what gives the collective result its value.
An individual takes the diagnostic once; the aggregated measure serves to steer a training budget on figures, not impressions.

Your feedback and testimonials

At the end of the diagnostic you may leave us a message. It will only be reused as a testimonial with your explicit consent (a separate checkbox), either with your first name or anonymously, as you choose. Without that box ticked, your message stays a private piece of feedback.

Under the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its correction or its erasure by writing to contact@walktheai.com.
