My name is Arnaud R. I'm a trainer and instructional designer based in France — and I still teach today: every month, I'm in the (physical or virtual) classroom for well-established national training organizations, facing the same realities you do. Before that, twenty years in technology across three continents. Trilingual, with an MBA and an AI certification, I've mostly learned one thing: a technology is only worth what the people who use it make of it.

Why Walk the AI

For two years now, teachers and trainers have heard the same injunction: "you need to get on board with AI." Rarely with a map, never with a starting point. Everyone moves blind, between colleagues who seem ten steps ahead and tools that promise everything.

Walk the AI was born from that observation — and its name carries the answer: don't just talk the talk about AI, walk it. Here, that means an honest diagnostic of where you actually stand, then a concrete plan to move forward — anchored in your real teaching tasks, not in computer-science concepts.

What I believe

AI assists, the professional decides. No tool knows your classroom better than you do. Everything here keeps pedagogical control on your side.

Ethics is not optional. Student data, transparency, critical thinking: it's a full dimension of the diagnostic, not a footnote.

Your result belongs to you. Score and plan stay private — never shared with your school or your management. That's a commitment, not a setting.
