Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Who we are

Walk the AI is operated by Arnaud Rivain, sole proprietor registered in France (SIREN 810 374 496), Tours, France (the "Provider"). Contact: contact@walktheai.com. Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, Larnaca, Cyprus.

2. The service

Walk the AI is an online self-assessment of AI readiness for teachers and trainers. The diagnostic, the archetype and the score are free. A one-time purchase unlocks, for that diagnostic, the personalized upskilling plan and its PDF download. Each new diagnostic is free to take; unlocking its report requires a new purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

Full access is offered as a one-time payment of $29, charged in USD — no subscription, no renewal. Payment is processed online by Stripe; we never store your card details. Prices may change; the price you paid is never adjusted afterwards. French VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).

4. Scope and duration of access

Each purchase applies to the report of one specific diagnostic: it unlocks, for that diagnostic, the personalized plan and its PDF download, with no time limit, for your personal use and for as long as the service is operated. Unlocking the report of a new diagnostic requires a new purchase. Should the service ever be discontinued, you keep the documents you have already downloaded (PDF plan). Questions: contact@walktheai.com.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

The plan is digital content delivered immediately. By requesting the generation of your plan, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing any statutory right of withdrawal once the plan has been generated. Until then, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain.

Independently of the statutory rules above, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if the report is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no justification needed. This guarantee adds to your statutory rights and does not replace them. For any refund request, write to contact@walktheai.com.

6. Acceptable use and accuracy

The plan is a professional recommendation to support your development; it is not a certified assessment nor a guaranteed outcome. The Provider is bound by an obligation of means and is not liable for decisions you make based on the plan, or for interruptions attributable to technical providers or force majeure.

7. Intellectual property

The Walk the AI brand, logo, questionnaire, texts and design are protected. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited. Your generated plan is yours to use for your own professional development.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Amicable resolution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts are the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
